Like Frederic you too may have been born in a leap year on 29th February; apprenticed as a child to a band of tender-hearted, orphaned pirates, he is delighted that upon his 21st year he is now free to return to respectable society, but under the terms of his apprenticeship he must remain until his 21st birthday.
