Box Office Opening Hours

Monday to Saturday 12.00am to 7.00pm.  Please Note: Where no show or film is scheduled, the Box Office will close at 6.00pm Mon-Fri and at 4.00pm on Saturday). The Box Office will remain open until 15 minutes after the start of the last performance.  On Sundays and Bank Holidays the Box Office will open one hour before the start of a show or film, when one is scheduled.

Tickets can be paid for at the Box Office by cash, cheque, credit or debit card during the above hours.

By Telephone
Telephone Bookings on 01372 365141 can be made and paid for by credit or debit card.

By Fax
Fax us your full ticket requirements, credit/debit card number and expiry date,
together with your contact details to fax number: 01372 365195.

By Internet
Visit our secure on-line ticket sales on our website at www.the-theatre.org and click
on BUY TICKETS on the Homepage.  Please Note: There is a non-refundable £1.00
Booking Fee on all transactions.

Tickets
All tickets are held at the Box Office for collection.  Please bring a form of
identification, as your proof of purchase, when collecting your tickets, prior to or on
the day of performance.  In common with standard theatre practice, we regret that
once tickets are purchased, they cannot be exchanged or money refunded. However,
we will try and re-sell your tickets on the understanding that the theatre’s unsold
seats take priority.  Please Note: If the tickets are sold, there will be a charge of
£2.00 for the transaction.

Reservations
We are able to reserve group bookings of 10 tickets and above.  Payment periods
are by arrangement with the Box Office at the time of booking.

Gift Vouchers
We sell National Theatre Gift Vouchers at our Box Office in £1.00, £5.00 and £20.00 denominations.  These can be exchanged in payment for tickets on the majority of our ‘live’ shows.  There is no cash alternative and no change given on vouchers.

Venue Information
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to change or alter the programme without prior notice.  Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance and with certain productions, we may not be able to show you to your booked seats until the interval. 

The Leatherhead Theatre operates a No Smoking policy. 
Drinking glasses or bottles are not permitted in the auditorium. 
For the convenience of everyone, all patrons who bring mobile phones into The Leatherhead Theatre are requested to switch them off before entering the auditorium.
The taking of photographs, sound recording or video filming is strictly prohibited during a performance.
Due to strict fire regulations, aisles and exits must be kept clear at all times.

Access
The Leatherhead Theatre is committed to making the theatre an accessible and enjoyable experience for all our patrons. 

• The auditorium is fully equipped with an induction loop system for hearing impaired patrons.

• There is a lift taking you to the rear of the auditorium and our specific wheelchair area, which can accommodate 5 wheelchair users and their companions/carers.  Tickets are full price for wheelchair users with one accompanying person free.

• We welcome Guide and Hearing dogs.

• There are 3 disabled parking spaces in Church Street directly outside The Leatherhead Theatre.  Please bring your disabled badge to display in your vehicle.  However, please bear in mind that these spaces are not for the sole use of the theatre.

• Please inform us of any specific requirements when you book your tickets.

By Car – The theatre is 5 minutes from the M25, Junction 9.  Follow the signs to Leatherhead Town Centre.  There are three car parks within the Town Centre, which are a few minutes walk from The Leatherhead Theatre.  However, there is a limit of 3 hours.  Parking is free on Sundays at the Swan Shopping Centre. 

By Train – The Leatherhead Theatre is approx 8 minutes walk from Leatherhead British Rail Station.  Follow the signs to the Town Centre.
